With tools such as functional imaging, behavior measures, and pharmacological manipulation, the questions I seek to answer are the following: (1) How does previous, regular cannabis use influence PTSD symptoms and efficacy of synthetic THC-assisted exposure therapy? and (2) How do healthy individuals use cannabis in the modern day, and how do these patterns deviate when someone suffers from PTSD?
