Research Interests

My research lab has been focused on developing novel, hybrid (combined ultrasound, photoacoustic, and elasticity imaging) to address unmet clinical needs such as early stage detection and staging of cancer (breast, ovarian, cervix), functional imaging of fetal and neonatal brain, and more accurate monitoring of fetal and maternal status during pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
